http://www.register.prometric.com/Index.asp?tcl=1
select Egypt and click Next. On next page from Client select Microsoft. And from Program select Microsoft(070, 071, ...), then click Next, and Next again Smile follow up with the pages till you reach to Exam Center locations. The best is to book online. cheaper and best to make you comfortable.
